Where can I find a User Guide?

I lost my user guide for my ipod mini 2nd generation 4G and I'm wondering if anyone knows where I could get one. I transferred many of my CDs to iTunes (before I got the iPod) and I can't seem to transfer individual songs from my iTunes list. I'm able to transfer whole CDs, but not songs. I'm hoping the User Guide can help with this problem.
