iphone personal hotspot not working on ipad or laptops, flashing on and off

Hi, I hope someone can help. I have an iphone 4, running iOS 5.1 and its been working fine until tonight. I use the personal hotspot on it, to share my internet connection (3G) to my ipad3. All has been fine, but tonight, when I try and connect to my iphone hotspot, the ipad tries to connect, shows up then disconnects, then shows up and disconnects again, does this maybe 4-5 times then stops and ipad don't try again until I tap it. On the iphone, it shows the blue banner at top saying 1 connection, and this goes on and off at the same time, but then sits on 1 connection, even though the ipad hasn't got a connection. So I deleted the connection on my ipad and readded it, just the same. tried changed the name of my iphone and also the password, still t

I have a iPhone 4 updated to IOS 6 and did the same with my iPad 2 now my personal hotspot won't work between the 2 I use Sasktel as a cell phone carrier any advice ?

Personal Hotspot under iOS7 with iPhone 5S is not working

Hello, I got a new iPhone 5S 32GB Spacegray and now, when I try to use it as a personal hotspot, sites are loading forever ( and never show up ) I know that it works, since It did on my old iPhone 4. I have also bought a new Nano-Sim just for this, but it still doesn't work. I can ping google.com, but when I try to surf through the internet, the sites never load up I don't know what causes this problem, as it did worked before with my old iPhone 4 with iOS7. My Provider is Vodafone.

Personal Hotspot (via USB) not working on iPhone 5 (iOS 7.0.2) with MacBookPro (10.7.5)

Until upgrading my iPhone 5 to iOS 7, I was able to connect my MacBookPro (v10.7.5) via USB cable and use iPhone LTE for internet. I simply plugged in the USB-Thunderbolt cable to both, then clicked "Turn Wifi Off" on MBP. I would see the blue bar on my iPhone, and some sort of "connected" icon on the MBP where the Network Icon is. But now, I'm not seeing a blue, "1 other device connected" bar on the iPhone. I rebooted the iPhone. That didn't work. Rebooted MBP. That didn't work So I dug deeper... On the MBP, in Network Preferences, I see "iPhone USB" with a status of "Not Connected: Either the cable for
