iOS 6.1.2 Battery Drain on iPhone 5!

Updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 6.1.2 a few hours ago, and I feel that my iPhone 5's battery life has gotten ALOT worse than when it was on iOS 6.1.1 (although battery life was pretty bad there too). Phone was 100% after a full battery charge, 95% after recieving a 3minute call (WiFi & cellular off). Played Subway Surfers for a few minutes, battery went down from 95% to 89%. Phone is now currently on 71% with ---- USAGE: 35 minutes STANDBY: 1hour -NOTIFICATIONS / PUSH NOTIFICATIONS ARE ALL OFF EXCEPT FOR MESSAGING AND PHONE CALLS-iCLOUD OFF-BRIGHTNESS AT ITS LOWEST-NO ACCOUNTS SYNCED ON MAIL Also, phone is a bit warm. This hasn't happened with the previous iOS updates. I updated through iTunes by the way.

IOS 6.1.2 huge battery drain- IPhone 5

Hi, I updated to 6.1.2 last night- my battery life was pretty much ok (lasting 1 day + with use throughout the day).Was at 100% charge last night when updated to IOS 6.1.2- woke up with it at 20% no apps open.Used a banking app for 3-4 minutes this morning on 3g and dropped 5%.Saw the `upgrade` was to fix battery drain- didnt have an issue before but I certainly do now.Any advice on steps to take?

is anyone else experiencing battery drain on their iphone with the 6.1.2 update? it certainly has affected my phone, and dont try to tell me otherwise because before i updated to this firmware my phone battery was just fine, i updated and didnt change any settings or anything like that and my battery just naturally sucked. i turned push off for mail, deleted it restarted my phone and added the email again, didnt work i pretty much turned every setting off which is stupid because it defeats the purpose of a "SMARTPHONE" but my battery life is still horrible. i used to get a good 7-8 hours of usage and a day standby but now i get about half that, maybe even less. any help or information about the next update would be appreciated.

Iphone update ios 6.1.2 made my battery drain

Since I updated to the new ios 6.1.2 my battery has died extrememly fast and now it won't charge past 1% and if I take it off the charger it will die on me and I will have to wait for it to come back on and it still will not charge....anybody know what I can do to fix this? I've already restored the phone and everything and it didn't fix...is this just a problem with the update or is my phone messed up?
