Hi, help me please! I bought 1 iphone at apple.co.nz and I got two, I called them to tell and they asked for the IMEI number and serial number, they couldnt find it in their system or track any information about where the phone should have gone, they told me to keep it. fine I kept it! one works fine, its unlocked for any carrier, but the one that came by mistake, the one that they couldn't find in their system is locked to vodafone, so I got a micro sim, activated it but as soon as it gets to the home screen a pop up appear asking to type the UNLOCK CODE and WRONG IMEI and the option to type the imei, I typed the one that is in the box but it says wrong, and when I go to Settings> General> About it shows the IMEI the comes in the box. In addition I get no service. What should I do? is it a useless phone? should I call apple? even if the phone was sent to me by mistake? did they block it? whats is the unlock code? Iphone
