iphone 4 wont charge

My iphone 4 wont charge normally (only when turned off) and it wont connect to pc :(

My iPhone 4 won't charge for me unless its turned of, and it wont connect to a computer, I have done a hard reset and  restored it, still nothing. I bought it from a friend who lives in NewYork I live in Ireland. He only bought it in August. Any help would be great

This morning my iphone 4 suddenly stopped charging or connecting to my computer. It was charging just fine over night, and had a full battery this morning. I unplugged it and used it for a little bit and a few hours later i went to take a nap before work and plugged it back in and nothing. I tried connecting it to my computer, and nothing. Tried 3 different cables, and 2 different wall outlet adapters and nothing. Tried those same cables and chargers with my roommates 3gs and they all worked just fine. I tried it with my car charger and nothing. The only think ive gotten from it so far is my laptop at one point said that there was a problem with the device plugged in to the USB port, but now it doesn't recognize that it's there. Ive tried resetting, rebooting and restoring via the "erase this iphone" function inside the phone as i can't restore from itunes without it recognizing it. Ive tried both restoring to a back up and restoring to a new iphone and im simply getting noth

iPhone 4 wont charge since iOS6 upgrade

Since I upgraded the software on my phone, I've encountered problems with charging it as a popup box says "that charging is not supported with this accessory". Does anyone else have this problem and if so, do you possibly have any solutions. This is incredibly frustrating as I'm convinced this error lies with Apple's ongoing transition of the iDevices cables. The continual functioning of the iPhone, as I'm sure you all know, is necessary. Any insight is appreciated.

Does anyone know if there is an adapter I can purchase in order to charge my iphone and listen to it through the iphone integration at the same time? Right now I'm able to use the cable in my car to play music (just like i did with my 1st gen iphone), but with the iphone 4 it displays a message stating the it is unable to charge via the device (my car).Thanks! Hello, I recently got a new iphone 4 from the UK, flew home to the middle-east and now it wont charge. I can sync it on itunes, but it literally just won't charge and just comes up with an icon (i've attached picture) I'm assuming that the battery needs replacing? just a bit weird that it still picks it up but just wont charge. After replacing the battery, the iPhone took a while to charge, i used it, i put it to charge and it died. I had it all day charging with 3% of success, (When it was 3% charged i did the DFU mode thing and that was it) now is dead dead dead. I plugged in the usb cable, and it appears the battery charging sign, and that's it. I opened and cleaned with Windex, I blow the connectors, I have tried a million times to hard reset (home button/start button) in all possible ways, i plugged it into my iMac and it does not recognized it, i shutdown the iMac while the iPhone connected and nothing! SOMEBODY CAN PLEASE HELP ME, IM FREAKING OUT!
