Hi, I have an iPhone 4, I just updated it to the latest version of the iOS and I was VERY disappointed. I was innocent enough to believe that Siri had finally come to the iPhone 4, which also seemed that way as Apple presented their update. The new navigation system isn't implemented on it, nor the 3d view, The classic YouTube was removed too (I liked it better than the new version of it), And I don't know, it just seems more like downgrading when it comes to updating to it with my iPhone. So I thought that maybe now, it looks like a joke not to jailbreak my phone, I do want these options, and it seems like Apple are just blocking them from coming to the iPhone 4 for no reason at all, Is it possible to jailbreak the latest version of the iOS 6 though? and if so, is it risky? I heard about some cases of the phone going to some sort of a brick mode, I really want to avoid risking my phone that much,

Hello! Yes maybe my iPhone 4 with iOS 6.0.1 is the key for a possibly untethered Jailbreak. I tried to contact the famous hackers already but nobody contact me. I can upload a video where my device boot up with the iPhone 4 device with a tethered Jailbreak like an untethered Jailbreak I can also see the Homescreen and scroll one/two times on the homescreen after my device crashses and boots up again and all this happens until I stop this crazy booting/crashing steps put the device in the DFU mode and boot up with iBooty. Maybe on this way the hackers can contact me and I can share my crash logs with them? thanks for your help.

Can i restore a 6.1.4 iCloud backup to jailbroken iPhone 5 with iOS 6.1.2 w/o losing the jailbreak?

I am considering going back to iPhone 5. I have a chance to buy an i5 with jailbroken 6.1.2 on it. If I get this phone, and restore form iCloud from a previous 6.1.4 i5 that I had, will it mess up the jailbreak on the phone?

Nedd help with iPhone 4 iOS 6.0.1 jailbreak and unlock

I have bee researching and trying several things so any help would be great. I am new to iPhone devices and this is for my daughter. Here are the facts 1. iPhone 4 iOS 6.0.1 2. locked to ATT and need to unlock to T-Mobile 3. Tried sn0wbreeze-v2.9.7 to jailbreak and did get it to work but apparently the unlock function is not allowed. 4. Restored phone with iTunes and the iPhone3,1_6.0.1_10A523_Restore.ipsw (listed as for 6.0.1 - 4 GSM) 5. Tried to downgrade to 5.1.1 - no luck 6. Tried redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3 but got message "Missing Keys.plist data for this build". 7. I tried the forum here and found some instructions but either messed it up or ? 8. Not sure if my messing around has screwed this up entirely (sigh) 9. Daughter in tears since she spent her own money to buy from a friend and I (as father) guaranteed I would make it work.
