iphone 4 wifi bluetooth problem

Iphone 4 wifi and bluetooth problem

I am having a problem with wifi and bluetooth on my iphone 4.. Wifi..m able to connect to my wifi router only by stending close to it.there too i get very weak signal.. Bluetooth..my bluetooth icon just shows up in settings page of enabling and disabling..once i quit that page(i.e go back to settings main page or quit settings app) bluetooth icon goes off from status bar.. I hve read somewhere that some people are having same troubles after getting upgraded to ios 5..is it true or m having hardware problem.. I am on ios 5.1.1 On 5.1 same problem was there.. Pla help me.. B/w i have tried changing /resetting wifi router...and resetting network settings.. Pla help me out
