iPhone 4 water damage - please help!
location: apple.com - date: July 21, 2013
My iPhone 4S was dropped in a toilet with just toilet water for about a minute or less, it went completely black - I didn't have to turn it off. Now it is not turning on. It has been sitting in rice for about 8 hours. What do you think?
