iphone 4 volume problems

Iphone 4 volume problems??

I have a iphone 4 jb/ul on 4.1 I have been using for a few weeks now with no problems. Today I had maded a call and could not hear very well, the volume is all the way up and I can barely hear. The receiver can hear fine and If I put on speaker or use a headset it is fine as well. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? What did you do to fix the problem? thank you for your help and support
