iPhone 4 video upload quality

I've twice used my new iPhone4 to upload a video to yFrog for Twitter, both times the uploaded quality is shoddy and blocky. What do I need to do to make it upload the full HD version? Does it have to be done via my Twitter client or via the iPhone settings? Twitter's image quality is set to 'high' don't know if it means uploads or what downloads to my phone though. Probably the former. Even the upload to Youtube via Photos is only 320p...even when I use iMovie to export a 720p version. Where's my HD?? HELP!
