iPhone 4 Version 6.1 Sound Issues

I've got an iPhone 4 on Verizon's network.... Sounds not coming from speaker, no system sounds, no clicks when I type, does not ring when call comes in. BUT I can change ringers and it plays, I can play music and I hear it thru speaker. Can answer and make calls just fine... Any ideas..??
