iPhone 4, version 5.1.1 activate

Hey. So, i have an iPhone 4 i have to jailbreak. Stuck at the activate-screen. I don't have a SIM to activate it with. In fact, i don't even know what its locked to. I bypassed the activation screen by dialing 112, so got this information out; Version: 5.1.1 (9B208) Model: MD198KS IMEI: 01 284400 102525 0 Modem Firmware: 04.12.01 Any program i can use to activate it? Or is there atleast any website where i can check what it's locked to?
