iPhone 4 to 5 restore via iCloud wrong software

Hi, I want to restore my new iPhone 5 from my iPhone 4. iPhone 4 is running iOS 6.1.2 and brand new iPhone 5 is running older software. It won't let me restore my old settings due to the difference in software!, How do I restore now please? Thanks
