iphone 4 themes, folder backgrounds, multitask background

i have downloaded a couple of things from cydia, woody folder for ios4, rainbow multitask background, and a couple of other themes that change the background of the multitask bar or a folder when you open it up, i cant seem to get them to work, i select it in winterboard, then respring like i normally would, and nothing any ideas?
