iphone 4 proxy help

iPhone 4 Proxy HELP!

Dear ModmyI Members, I'm in Canada, and I have discovered a carrier that provides unlimited data for the iPhone 4. The problem is, they have blocked many essential features. They have blocked push notifacations, Voip programs and Youtube Videos. I don't mind not having push notifications or Voip applications, but the YouTube is quite bothering. Currently I can only watch videos that are less than 2mb, so approx 2mins, which isn't quite what I wanted. I have been able to tether my iPhone to my laptop. With my Laptop, the exact same thing happens, I can only watch videos that are 2mb in size. I've manage to bypass this by downloading a program called, "UltraSurf", and now I can stream what ever I want with no limits. My question is, since my Laptop can bypass this situation, Why can't my iPhone? Is there an app, or tweak I can use to fix this? Are their any developers that will assist me in solving the problem?
