Certain apps that crash on startup (iPhone 4S on iOS 7.0.4 running Cydia version 1.1.9)

Hello this is my first post on this site but I really could use some help.
Okay so I have a real problem. I have an iPhone 4S on ios 7.0.4 running cydia version 1.1.9. So my problem is it have certain apps that crash on startup. Apps like jet car stunt 2 and rayman run won't even open up they just crash. Those are just two of the many apps that crash. Not all apps crash immediately, apps like Facebook will go for a while but just randomly crash. All these apps are ios 7 compatible. Now I have narrowed this problem down to cydia tweaks or something I have installed in cydia because when I go into safe mode everything works perfect no apps crash or anything. So if you guys have any ideas on what might be causing this it would be greatly appreciated. I have also reinstalled all substrates.
