Just wanted to see how other felt about the new calendar app, personally I hate it and it is much harder to see everything at a glance, especially in month view, compared to the iOS 6 version.

Many sports fans use iOS devices and with this guide I will be demonstrating how easy it is to add your favorite sports team’s calendar to your iOS device. It is a very easy process and you can add their entire season to your calendar in seconds. I’ll be demonstrating this process using the Carolina Panthers and an iPhone 4S running iOS 7.0.3:
• Google "iCal schedule for Carolina Panthers"

ios 7 calendar problems on iphone
location:
imore.com - date:
September 22, 2013
I just downloaded ios7 on my Iphone 4 and Ipad 2. The first thing I checked was the Calendar. On my Iphone I can no longer see my appts when I go to Month (view). All I see is the month displayed with dots to indicate I have something scheduled. When I go to Week (view) even in landscape mode I can only see 3 days in a row and only 6 hours displayed of each day. On my Ipad the view is the same as ios6 which is the way I want it. This creates a lot of extra work when you want to see what your calendar looks like for the week and for the month at one quick glance. Any thoughts?

iOS 7 Calendar Month Grid with Agenda View, What happened to it???????
location:
imore.com - date:
October 6, 2013
So I am huge fan of the native iOS calendar until iOS 7. What happened to the view where you saw a grid of the month on the top half of the screen with the agenda for the day selected on the bottom half of the screen?????????? This was the most used part of the native calendar for me. I see they have repalced it with a week selection grid at the top and the days agenda below it. I WANT TO SEE IT LIKE IT WAS! It is frustrating that they would take away a feature. Add the later that is fine but don't take away what was there especially from time management application such as calendar. I'm trying to force myself to get used to it but it is not going very well and I still miss the view we had with iOS for a very long time. Can anyone shed any light on why this is happened? How many are upset about this? Voice your opinion at

iOS 7 - Calendar
location:
macrumors.com - date:

In iOS6 you could use the "Month" view, click a day and have all events listed one by one.
In iOS7 it lists a more day view, so if you have an event at 8:00am, then the next one at 6:00pm, there is a lot of white space now.
Any setting/way to not have all that white space, and just have each event one on top of the other?

ios 7 calendar notifications disappearing
location:
macrumors.com - date:
October 27, 2013
Shouldn't a missed calendar alert stay in the "All" section of the notification center in ios 7 until I do something with it? What is happening is that if I miss a calendar alert, it only stays on "All" and "Missed" for 1 hour (the duration of the calendared event). What is the point of this if I come back to my phone after a few hours and have nothing in my "All" section? How am I supposed to know that I missed an alert (other than simply checking my calendar, which kind of defeats the purpose of notification alerts in the first place). I keep reading that the "All" section is just like the old notification center. But I seem to recall that every time I missed alerts in the past they would stay on the notification page indefinitely until I address them. Any thoughts? Or is this the way it is supposed to work. Thank you very much.

iOS 7 CALENDAR Problem - All Day Events
location:
macrumors.com - date:
September 18, 2013
When you add a calendar ALL DAY event, it shows up as starting the day prior no matter what you do. Why does it do this??
When you click on the search button, it displays it as an all day event for just one day, however, in the week or day view the all day event shows up as starting a day early and ending the day that you intend to have it as.
Anyone know? Thanks
