ios 7 bugs on 4s

iOS 7 Stadard bugs after final release [18th sept 2k13] _iphone 4s

Hi every one, These are the major bugs that i had found in my iphone 4s [iOS] on 19th Sept 2k13 Voice memo app is not resuming after unlocking the phone..Phone suddenly closing in most of the timesScreen is blinking if we set Dynamic wallpaper, i think but surely screen is blinking and hanging sometimes.
