iOS 7 beta 5 doesn't download apps?

Hey guys, One thing I noticed about iOS 7 beta 5 is whenever I download an app, the app icon is stuck on "Waiting...". If I go back to the App Store and tap to stop, the app icon will disappear. It's happening to both downloading new apps and updating old apps. Is it a known issue? Is there any way to fix this? EDIT: I did reset network settings, but no luck.
