Dropped my iPhone! Help!!!?

Please help, I dropped my iPhone in a running sink (I was unaware of it, so it was under there for a good three seconds). Even through my Otterbox, the screen and back were wet, so i wiped them clean and lightly blow dried the phone. I then plugged it in a good 4 hours after it happened, and after 3 hours, my phone reset. When I turn it on, it says "Activiation Required" and in the top left corner it says"No Service". When I unlock it, it says I have to connect to iTunes and it won't let me do anything else but an emergency call. What should I do???

I dropped my iPhone 4s in water! Read online to put it in a bag of rice to help dry it out. Is Minute Rice okay, or is regular rice better? This is a serious question, really. It is my first iPhone and I have only had it for a month, and I am very worried

I dropped my iPhone 4s in water! I read online to keep it in a bag of rice for a couple of days. I only have Minute Rice on hand. Is this okay or would regular rice be better? This is a serious question, really. It is my first iPhone, and I got it for Christmas, and I am very worried. Thanks.

My friend dropped iphone 3GS in toilet, backlight out *HELP!*

My friend dropped his iphone 3gs like a couple weeks ago in the toilet (was before he did his business) and now his backlight is out. His phone is completely dry and everything works fine minus the backlight. Water sensors have been tripped, he's out of warranty as well with apple even though i know they wont cover such a thing. I tried messing with the settings with the flickering to attempt to turn it on, hard resets a few times, and nothing seems to work. i did a lot of research online, but the only thing that i see is that he might have to replace that spring coil but that requires expert soldering skills or paying a guy around 150 to 200 to do it.
Any advice on what can be done? Can I buy a new board for the 3gs? I don't need a new digitizer.
