cydia app hotspot

Yes hi I got A question if somebody can help me out with? I got A Iphone 5 on Verizon with unlimited data/hotspot is there A app (thru apple or cydia) that where I can not get kicked off when iam using my phone for gaming/downloading I wont get kicked off

When someone calls me. I getting good speeds so thats why I just use my phone but I hate it when Iam playing with friends online and I get booted when someone calls me so in other words just wanna make it to where I can turn off to receive calls when I make it far gaming or downloading thanks.
