Connection to iTunes store timed out?

I've been on dozens of pages trying to find a solution to my problem, and I see that I'm not alone. I was able to access the store, but after I upgraded to iTunes 10 it tells me that my connection has timed out.
I ran a diagnostics test on iTunes, and it says that my computer isn't forming a secure connection with it.
I'm able to access the internet (even though iTunes can't)
iTunes is on the exceptions list on Windows Firewall
I ran the program as an administrator and it still didn't work
Any help would be greatly appreciated, here are the results of the diagnostic for more specs:
Microsoft Windows 7 x64 Home Premium Edition (Build 7600)
Hewlett-Packard HP Pavilion dm4 Notebook PC
iTunes 10.1.1.4
QuickTime 7.6.9
FairPlay 1.10.14
Apple Application Support 1.4.1
iPod Updater Library 10.0d2
CD Driver 2.2.0.1
CD Driver DLL 2.1.1.1
Apple Mobile Device 3.3

iTunes could not connect to the Music Store. The network connection timed out.

Hi,
Since Sunday afternoon, every time I try to connect to the Apple Music Store I get the following error
"iTunes could not connect to the Music Store. The network connection timed out."
The weird thing is that I was actually using the Apple Store quite happily when this started. iTues has been running on my PC quite happily for many months.
I am running Windows XP with SP2 and Zone Alarm as my Firewall. Any assistance with this problem would be greatly appreciated as I had just bought some songs which I cannot now download.
I have tried de-installing and re-installing iTunes

iTunes store can't connect. Network connection timed out.

"iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. The network connection timed out.'Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again'"Well, last I checked I can get on the internet, play games online, chat, do everything. There are two other computers in the room on the same router that can connect to the iTunes store. I've tried all of the solutions from support, but to no avail. I know I'm not the only one with this problem so if you've solved it anything would help.
