[Review] Calendar Pro - A Calendar Widget for Notification Center
location:

iOS 5 has a powerful calendar application, unfortunately there is not a Notification Center widget to go with it. There is a weather widget and a weather application; there’s even a stock widget and a stock application. iOS developer tom-go is introducing to us a very sleek calendar widget for Notification Center dubbed Calendar Pro for Notification Center. Similarly the stock and weather widgets, you can tap on an area of it to launch the respective application – the small calendar button in the bottom right of the widget, as shown in the screenshot above, will launch the stock iOS Calendar application.
As you might expect from a high quality calendar, the weekend days are coated in a different color than the weekdays. What’s more is a gray oval-like shape highlights the current date and you can swipe right and left to reveal future and previous months on th

Calendar events not showing in notification center
location:
imore.com - date:
October 2, 2012
I'm wondering if anyone else has this issue. Since wiping my phone and installing iOS 6, upcoming calendar items are not showing up in notification center automatically.
At first the problem would fix itself if I opened the calendar app, then reopened notification center. After I did that, calendar events scheduled within the next 24 hours would show up. Unfortunately, today it's not working. I have an event on my calendar at 1pm tomorrow, and it will not show up in notification center.
I only have calendars on my iPhone 4, and it is synced to iCloud; that's it. I've tried a hard reset to try to fix the bug with no luck.
This problem only started happening after I installed iOS 6. Any suggestions?

'Tap to Widgets' Adds Calendar, Notes, and Reminder Widgets to Notification Center
location:
modmyi.com - date:

In the middle of February, ModMyi showed you a pair of new Notification Center widgets called
Tap to Note and Tap to Remind by iOS developer
Alan Yip. The developer has released a new jailbreak tweak Saturday, which basically combines both of these widgets into one tweak, and adds a new Calendar widget. The tweak also adds some additional options to configure.
One thing you will notice right off that bat is that you basically have two choices – you can pick having all of the widgets as individual widgets on separate rows, or you can choose to have the all-in-one widget, which contains your Twitter, Facebook, Calendar, Notes, and Reminders shortcuts all in one widget. Calendar in Notification Center
location:
imore.com - date:
October 6, 2012
Hey all, quick question...
I am subscribed to multiple calendars that I never have checked to be displayed on my iPhone. For instance, I'm subscribed to a shared calendar for a group at work that I do not need to stay updated with, so even though it's in my list of calendars, I never have it displayed in my iPhone. However, all of those events still show up in the Notification Center. Is there any way to make it so that the only events that show up in the Notification Center are the ones for calendars that I'm actually displaying in the calendar app? Thanks!

Notification Center, Only showing 1 calendar entery at a time
location:
imore.com - date:
October 16, 2011
Hope someone can help me out, this seems like a dumb question but I have been over all my settings a dozen times and I cant figure out what is wrong.
I can't get more than one upcoming calendar entry to show up in notification center at a time. i have gone in notification settings and changed it to 5 and 10 but still only one shows up. I have many entry's for the upcoming week but only one shows and once it has passed the next one shows up. They are all under the same calendar... Can someone help? Sorry if this is something obvious I am overlooking.

'TapTodaysCalendar' Adds a Calendar App Shortcut to Notification Center in iOS 7
location:
modmyi.com - date:
January 2, 2014
With iOS 7, Apple completely redesigned Notification Center. With the new design, you can tap on any of the stock symbols to open up the Stocks application, or tap on the weather information to open up the Weather application.
Interestingly, for whatever reason, tapping on the calendar data doesn't open the Calendar application. Seems a little inconsistent – wouldn't you agree?
A new free jailbreak tweak dubbed TapTodaysCalendar by iOS developer ianb821 fixes this, giving the user the ability to tap on the date at the top of Notification Center to launch the Calendar application, as shown above.
It's a small modification, but it definitely adds a feature to iOS 7 that Apple seems to have forgotten all about. If you want to grab this tweak, it's available for free in Cydia's ModMyi repository.

Can I change the calendar view in IOS 7 notification center?
location:
apple.com - date:
September 23, 2013
IOS 6 Notification Center showed the calendar info in a LIST view, showing all events for that day (timed and untimed events). IOS 7 only seems to allow a view that looks like an excerpt from the DAY view of the calendar. It takes up more space than the previous version and shows less info, only 1/2 at a time. Does anyone know if there is a way to change that view in Notification Center?

iOS7 now lets you filter Calendar entries in notification center
location:
macrumors.com - date:

Not sure if this has been posted before:
One of the thing that used to drive me crazy about iOS6 was that it would always show entires from all calendar in the Notification Center, with no way to pick and choose which calendars to show.
It seems that they have fixed that in iOS7. If a calendar is hidden in the Calendar app, none of its entries will be displayed in notification center. This is a big improvement.
