Bug: Stuck on End Call Screen

Anyone noticed this with the iPhone 4? It seems to happen most often when I end a call using the button on the steering wheel while talking through my car's Bluetooth speakerphone. After ending a call, the screen will have an end call button at the bottom of the screen but no matter where you push on the screen, nothing happens. The screen becomes unresponsive. Hitting the home key will make the screen responsive again.
