In App Purchase: Is it compulsory to verifying store receipts?
location:
macrumors.com - date:
January 8, 2013
Hi all,
I have implement In-App Purchase in my application. I am using the build-in product model to deliver the product. So, is it compulsory or necessary for an application to perform the step of verifying that the receipt I received from Store Kit came from Apple? If it is necessary to verify the store receipt, am I need to do this through an external server? Can it be done through the IOS devices?
Any comments and suggestions are welcome. Thanks a lot.

Printing iTunes and App Store receipts
location:

I recently downloaded Keynote from the the new Mac App Store program on my Macbook Air and for some reason, I did not receive an emailed receipt. I'm trying to email a PDF of my receipt for business expenses. I cannot find an easy way to do this. Thus began my 60 minute odyssey to recover my purchase history navigating through multiple counterintuitive Apple e-commerce portals. I did not realize that the Apple Store and the Mac App Store are separate billing entities with no shared purchase history, even though my account ID and password are shared. (i.e. i can buy software to be shipped to me via CD from the Apple Store, and I can download the same software from the App store HOWEVER I cannot access purchase history for both transactions from either store.)I logged into my account information on the Apple Store website. No luck. I had to re-enter my information several times to access info on different account pages within the Apple Store website ("view saved carts"

Will Mail.app support message receipts in Lion?
location:
apple.com - date:
June 6, 2011
Can anyone tell me whether Mail.app will support message receipts in Lion? I've scoured Apple's listing of
new features for Mail.app in Lion looking for some indication that Apple has finally added support for message receipts, but so far I've found no mention of it. I read a rumor on one of the WWDC reports (on a tech blog) that Mail would support receipts in both iOS5 and OS X Lion, but nothing I can find on Apple's site confirms it. Thanks!

Any suggestion for a quality expense report app with receipts and export feature?
location:
imore.com - date:
October 30, 2010
I'm looking for an app that will allow to me keep track of my monthly business expenses.
I have found a bunch of expense tracking apps that are beautifully designed, but don't allow you to export the data in a way that allows you to export/print the receipts. At the end of every month, I need to submit a report to my accounting department in order to get reimbursed for my expenses. Therefore, regardless of how well designed the app is, if it doesn't allow you to export a report, the app is useless to me.
What I would like to be able to do is manually import expense data, with or without a photo of the receipt, organize all of that data on a month-to-month basis, and then export a report (with receipt pictures) at the end of every month.
I have found apps that offer some, but not all, of these features.
I am not too concerned about the up-front cost of the app, but I would rather not pay for a service that has monthly fees or a &
