app for free ringtones

I downloaded ringtones using a free app, but they don't show up in my settings. How do I set the ringtones that I downloaded? Someone told me I have to put them on my computer first. How do I do that?

Here is a neat web app that i found over at iPhoneHacks.com. Its called Audiko. "Once you go to their website, you can startcreating a ringtone from your favorite song immediately as there is no registration required.
